Overview
Customers have 1 business day to report damaged or incomplete goods upon receipt and 3 business days to have them returned.
Exchanges will be honored only if
1.)The product has an application defect.
2.) If the product is not usable as per its intended description.
Once the returned product satisfactorily meets Kustomized Concepts criteria. A return with free shipping to us and back to the customer will be concluded.
